Hailing from the shores of Hawaii, the Poké is the sun, sky & sea on a plate brought all the way to Tampere for all you adventurous sushi lovers.
It is a combination of fresh seafood, diced (as the word means in Hawaiian), complemented by a flavorful seasoning & served over warm rice. We like to describe it as a deconstructed sushi bowl! Its eclectic mix of colors is a feast for the senses.
The best part about it? You are the master of your own dish. You can choose every ingredient that goes into it & indulge in flavors that tease your taste buds & make them crave for more.
Our philosophy
Great taste is the name of our game and the philosophy is simple: Good food starts with good ingredients. It doesn’t hurt that our recipes rock too.
